MIDDLETOWN, RI – Traffic was disrupted this afternoon after a tanker truck overturned at a busy Middletown intersection.
According to a report by the Middletown government website, the heating oil truck overturned near the intersection of Hanging Rock Road and Third Beach Road.
It is unclear what caused the crash or if anyone suffered injuries as a result. However, commuters were advised to proceed with caution in the area while crews worked to clear the scene.
