WESTPORT, MA – A man was sent to the hospital after yet another house fire in Westport over the weekend.
According to WBSM, fire crews responded to a fire Sunday evening at 1634-1636 Drift Road.
They found a man in the front yard with injuries from the blaze. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Authorities believe a wood-burning stove was the cause of the fire. This was the fourth fire in the past week that fire crews have extinguished in Westport.
