FALMOUTH, MA – According to WJAR, a motorcyclist collided with two pedestrians at 117 Main St on Aug. 14.
David Eldredge, Jr., 33, was riding a motorcycle when he allegedly hit David Fitch, 65, and Sandra Fitch, 60, as they walked in a marked crosswalk.
Rescue crews transported the two victims to an area hospital following the collision.
Authorities charged Eldredge with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a personal injury after he turned himself in on Aug. 18.
