JOHNSTON, RI – A Rhode Island State Police officer sustained minor wounds after colliding with retention wires in the center median of Route 6 amid heavy rain Thursday.
Prior to this solo collision, the officer came into contact with significant amounts of water, causing his vehicle to hydroplane, Turnto10 said.
