Driver dies after colliding with house on Greenville Ave in Johnston

JOHNSTON, RI – A driver died after slamming into a house at Stamp Egg Farms at 816 Greenville Ave on Saturday, according to WJAR.

A 93-year-old man was driving a Ford F-150 west on Greenville Ave when he suffered a medical emergency and plowed into the house at 10:54 a.m.

Rescue crews transported the driver to an area hospital, where he died.

It is unclear if the man died from his injuries from the crash or from the medical emergency.

Officials have not released the victim’s name.

A building inspector deemed the house structurally safe.
