HINGHAM, MA – A driver who crashed into the front of an Apple Store and killed one person on Nov. 21 pleaded not guilty to his charges on Monday, according to WJAR.
Bradley Rein, 53, slammed into the storefront of Apple Derby Street and killed Kevin Bradley, 65, and injured 22 other people.
Authorities charged Rein with second-degree murder and motor vehicle homicide by reckless operating. They say Rein was accelerating before he crashed into the store.
