DOUGLAS, MA – According to WJAR, a driver fatally collided with a female pedestrian on West St Monday.
An SUV driver hit Dong Mei Ying, 71, at the end of her driveway around 1:30 p.m.
First responders transported Ying to an area hospital, where she died.
Authorities have not identified the victim or the driver.
