FALL RIVER, RI – A male senior citizen failed to properly negotiate a turn, causing his car to overturn and hit a parked car, sending himself and two others to a hospital Sunday.
Fall River police told WJAR 10 that this collision happened around 12:30 p.m. on Bay Street. While details are preliminary, officers confirmed that the position of the turn and speed were contributing factors., and that the two individuals inside the stationary vehicle were the ones, along with the elderly man hospitalized.
At this time, officials have not stated the contributing factors behind this crash or if the man was cited or charged for his involvement in this wreck.
