FREETOWN, MA – According to WJAR, officials have released the names of the two people who died in a crash on MA 140 Tuesday.
Jose Amorin, 54, was driving a minivan when he collided with three cars before slamming into a tree around 8:15 a.m.
Amorin and his passenger, Marinalva DeLima, 70, died in the crash.
A driver of one of the vehicles that was hit suffered minor injuries.
Authorities believe speed may have played a role in the crash.
