REHOBOTH, MA – A driver died in a single-vehicle collision on Baker St. on May 4, according to WJAR.
David McFadden, 42, lost control of his vehicle near Hornbine Rd. and slammed into a tree, causing it to catch fire.
Rescue crews transported McFadden to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later on.
Speed is believed to be a factor in the deadly crash, according to police.
