GREENFIELD, MA – Four people were hurt when an alleged impaired driver crashed head-on with another vehicle
Javery Hattat, 32, was allegedly under the influence of drugs when he slammed head-on with a vehicle occupied by Steven and Stephanie Sojkowski and their two children.
Rescue crews transported the Sojkowski family to an area hospital following the collision.
Authorities charged Hattat with assault and battery, marked lanes violation, drug possession, and OUI.
