Easton man killed in motorcycle-vehicle crash in Raynham

RAYNHAM, RI – A 37-year-old man from Easton lost his life as a result of a motorcycle-vehicle crash in Raynham on Sunday.

The 37-year-old man riding a 1995 Suzuki VSG motorcycle collided with a 2025 GMC Sierra pickup truck around 7:45 p.m. on Route 138, according to WJAR10News.

The impact of the crash caused Daniel Pitts to fall from his motorcycle and ultimately succumb to his injuries.

Pitts’ bike was significantly damaged and towed away from the scene.

Police confirmed the pickup truck driver stayed at the scene, but have not said whether they cited the biker or whether they could face charges.

Police are actively working to piece together the cause of the motorcycle-vehicle crash.
