NEW BEDFORD, MA – According to WJAR, two people were hurt when a driver collided with a Massachusetts State Trooper Saturday.
The driver hit the trooper as he was getting out of his vehicle to assist at the scene of another accident around 11 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the driver and the trooper to an area hospital.
The incident is under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police.
