ANDOVER, MA – A crash between a box truck and a dump truck caused one death in Andover on Monday morning, reports WPRI.
The crash occurred on the off-ramp for I-93 off of I-495 when the driver of a box truck rear-ended a truck hauling a dumpster that was stopped in preparation for a turn.
The box truck’s driver was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital. The identity of the victim is not being released at this point.
The 28-year-old Brockton man driving the waste truck did not report any injuries.
Massachusetts State Police are still investigating this accident.
