PROVIDENCE, RI – Two drivers suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on I-95 in Providence on Monday night, WPRI reports.
Two vehicles collided while travelling in the southbound lanes of the freeway near Exit 22 to Clifford Street, causing one of them to catch fire.
The Rhode Island State Police determined the wet roads were a contributing factor to the crash.
Both drivers involved sustained minor injuries but were not transported to the hospital for treatment. Their identities are being withheld pending further investigation.
