MIDDLEBOROUGH, MA – A drunk driver fatally struck another vehicle near 566 Wareham St Tuesday, WCVB reports.
Tianna Hutchinson, 21, was driving a Chrysler 300 when she collided with a Hyundai Sonata around 11:30 p.m.
First responders transported the 48-year-old female driver of the Sonata to an area hospital, where she later died.
The police arrested Hutchinson for motor vehicle homicide and operating under the influence of liquor. Hutchinson’s blood-alcohol level was over twice the legal limit at the time of the collision.
Hutchinson was arraigned Wednesday and released on personal recognizance under the condition she remains confined at her home except for traveling to work and that she is to undergo alcohol monitoring multiple times a day.
