ATTLEBORO, MA – A two-vehicle collision in northwest Bristol County sent two people to the hospital on Monday, reports 10 WJAR.
The accident occurred shortly before 8:30 p.m. in the area of South Avenue near Greenfield Street in Attleboro, which is about 13 miles northeast of Providence.
The preliminary investigation indicates that both vehicles sustained front-end damage. The cause of the accident is not yet clear.
One of the drivers became entrapped in their vehicle and required extrication. Medics transported both drivers to area hospitals with unspecified injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
