CHARLESTOWN, RI – Injuries have been reported in connection to a single-vehicle crash that happened early Thursday in south-central Washington County, reports abc 6.
The accident occurred around 1 a.m. on Shannock Road between Old Coach Road and White Pines Trail in the city of Charlestown, about 41 miles southwest of Providence.
Police say that a vehicle crashed into a tree in the front yard of a house on Shannock,.
Medics transported the driver to an area hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
Photos taken at the scene indicate that a silver sedan may have been involved.
