REHOBOTH, MA – A solo crash along the interstate in west-central Bristol County killed one person and injured three others on Monday, reports Boston 25 News.
The accident happened around 9:15 a.m. on I-195 near mile marker 4.2 in the city of Rehoboth, which is about 50 miles southwest of Boston.
Police haven’t shared any details about the collision except to say that a vehicle carrying four people crashed when the driver suffered an apparent medical episode.
The driver sustained fatal injuries in the crash. Authorities haven’t yet released the victim’s name.
Medics transported three juveniles from the car to a Rhode Island hospital with unspecified injuries.
