EAST PROVIDENCE, RI – The Rhode Island Department of Transportation cleared the scene of a collision on I-195 West after Exit 2 on Friday.
RIDOT News first announced the crash at 10:31 a.m. and said the collision was initially blocking a right and center lane and was cleared by 10:50 a.m.
