LINCOLN, RI ā A 42-year-old man lost his life to a fiery vehicle collision that happened on Route 146 on Sunday.
According to an update from WJAR News 10, Rhode Island State Police have identified the man as Michael Connell. Preliminary details reveal that Connell was driving on the left lane on Route 146 when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a guardrail and a utility pole.
Connellās vehicle caught on fire, and he died from his injuries at the scene.
State police are continuing to investigate the details that led to the collision.
