PROVIDENCE, RI – Rhode Island Department of Transportation crews cleared the scene of a collision on Rhode Island 10 South at Exit IA Thursday afternoon.
RIDOTNews first announced the scene clearance at 4:25 p.m. and said it happened just before the Roger Williams Park Zoo.
