Pedestrian hospitalized after rainy crash in South Kingston 

SOUTH KINGSTON, RI – First responders rushed a pedestrian to Rhode Island Hospital after getting hit by a vehicle in the Wakefield area on a rainy Wednesday morning. 

Police told Turnto10 that this collision occurred in the 116th block of Main Street (which is along Pleasantries Flower Shop) and have reason to believe wet and slick road conditions played a role in this wreck. After arriving, officers shut down the area between Columbia Street and Oak Street to accommodate the scene clearance process.
