CRANSTON, RI – A man was found guilty of causing a DUI crash that injured his 10-year-old son and an adult passenger on Olney Arnold Road on March 31, according to WJAR.
Glenn Teolis, 52, visited numerous bars in East Greenwich before crashing his vehicle into a tree around 8:45 p.m. at around 75 mph.
Authorities tested Teolis and determined he had a BAC of .125 one hour after the crash.
Rescue crews transported Teolis’s son and his coworker to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Teolis was found guilty of two counts of driving under the influence resulting in serious bodily injury, two counts of reckless driving resulting in serious bodily injury, and one count of felony reckless driving.
